The CallTaker Notes Test also requires candidates to accurately record key factual information and answer questions from notes taken during the video.

The Dispatcher module is a 20 item video-animated simulation designed to assess a candidates ability to understand complex, changing circumstances. Test takers analyze maps with moving cars, radio transmissions and changing status screens. At key points test takers are asked to dispatch calls. Like working 911 dispatchers, test takers must consider the priority of the call, current status of response units and proximity to the incident.
